Broken Or Damaged Item Policy
If you receive any item damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll send you a replacement promptly at no extra cost.
To begin the replacement process, contact us at customersupport@burattidesigns.com with the following information:
● A description of the issue
● A few clear photos of the item
● Your order number
We’ll send you a replacement promptly at no extra cost.
Delivered in Good condition
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
● In original condition (unworn, unused)
● In its original packaging
● With tags attached
● Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
● Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.

We charge a flat-rate $8.95 handling and delivery fee for each returned unit.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
