Broken Or Damaged Item Policy

If you receive any item damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll send you a replacement promptly at no extra cost.

To begin the replacement process, contact us at customersupport@burattidesigns.com with the following information:

        A description of the issue

        A few clear photos of the item

        Your order number

We’ll send you a replacement promptly at no extra cost.

Delivered in Good condition

You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

       In original condition (unworn, unused)

       In its original packaging

       With tags attached

       Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

       Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.

We charge a flat-rate $8.95 handling and delivery fee for each returned unit.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
